This industrial-grade 20W 200-300MHz GaN anti drone jamming module is built with an integrated RF circulator and N-female connector. Designed to disable VHF wireless transmitters and achieve camp wireless isolation, it serves as the core RF power amplifier unit for UAV countermeasure systems.
Adopting advanced GaN semiconductor technology, the module provides high efficiency and stable 20W continuous output within the 200–300MHz VHF band. The built-in circulator isolates reverse reflected signals, preventing amplifier burnout caused by antenna mismatch and signal reflection, ensuring stable continuous operation.
Equipped with universal N-female RF port, this unit supports easy antenna matching and flexible system assembly. Widely used for camp wireless isolation, site security, no-fly zone UAV suppression and other temporary & fixed wireless shielding scenarios. Suitable for system integrators for OEM and customized anti-drone equipment development.
