The 830-960MHz 40W RF Power Amplifier addresses this with a circulator at the output stage, protecting the PA while delivering 46dBm output and 40±1dB gain. Its single-direction architecture is intended for transmit-only paths in UAV command, drone telemetry, public safety radio, and remote industrial equipment. A 28V DC supply, N-male RF interface, and 15CM Red/Black Wire allow direct integration into existing radio installations. The 128.5*53*17mm aluminum housing weighs 0.23Kg and uses passive cooling, making it suitable for airborne, pole-mounted, and portable ground systems.
